How it works
- Add a PDFEvery page appears as a numbered thumbnail. Add more files and their pages are added to the end, labelled A1, B1 and so on.
- ReorderDrag a page to a new position with the mouse. On a phone, press and hold a page for a moment, then drag. The arrow buttons move a page one step.
- Rotate or deleteUse âģ to turn a page 90 degrees clockwise and à to remove it. Rotate all and Reverse order work on every page.
- SaveClick Save PDF to build the new document and download it. Your original file is not changed.
Keyboard shortcuts
Every page can be reached with Tab. With a page focused, the left and right arrow keys move focus between pages, Alt plus an arrow key moves the page itself, R rotates it and Delete removes it. This makes the tool fully usable without a mouse or with a screen reader, which announces each page and its position.
Common jobs this solves
- Scans in the wrong order. Double-sided documents scanned as all fronts then all backs can be put back in sequence by dragging.
- Sideways pages. Landscape tables and photographed pages often come out rotated. Rotation is stored in the PDF, so quality is not affected.
- Blank or unwanted pages. Remove separator sheets, cover pages or pages with personal details before sharing.
- Assembling an application. Combine a form, ID scans and certificates from different PDFs into one file in the order a portal expects.
What is preserved
Pages are copied, not re-rendered, so text stays selectable, images keep their full quality and the file does not grow unnecessarily. Links and annotations on each page travel with it. Document-level features that refer to specific pages, such as the bookmark outline and fillable form structure, may not survive a reorder, so check forms before submitting them.
Frequently asked questions
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Thumbnails are drawn and the new PDF is assembled in your browser. Files never leave your device.
Can I undo a delete?
Nothing is final until you save. To restore a page, remove and re-add the file, or use the Clear button and start again.
Can I extract only a few pages?
Yes: delete the others and save. For page ranges like 2-5, Split PDF is faster.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. Rotation is a setting on the page, so the content is not redrawn or recompressed.
