JSON Utils is a web-based tool that converts JSON data to CSV format. We offer both free and premium tiers with different usage limits and features.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You may use our free tier without creating an account
• Premium features require providing a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You must provide accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

• Converting legitimate JSON data to CSV format
• Using the service for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• Integrating with our API (Premium users only)

4.2 Prohibited Use

• Uploading malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the service
• Circumventing usage limits or access controls
• Using the service to process personal data without proper consent
• Automated abuse or excessive usage beyond reasonable limits

5. Payment Terms

• Free Tier: Limited to 1,000 rows per conversion and 10 conversions per day
• Premium Tier: $9 one-time payment for unlimited access
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Data and Privacy

• Your uploaded JSON data is processed temporarily and not stored permanently
• We do not claim ownership of your data
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to process any data you upload
• Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
• We reserve the right to discontinue the service with 30 days notice

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content are owned by us and protected by copyright
• You retain rights to your uploaded data
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9.3 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JSON Utils and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party right; or (d) any data you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

12. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of California, USA
• You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
